Products we build and run

IvorySoft is a software studio that also ships its own products. They are where we test AI features, pricing and growth loops in production before we recommend them to clients — and where every pattern on our AI integration page runs first.

Why a studio builds its own products

Own the whole loop

Client work teaches you to ship on someone else’s definition of done. Owning a product teaches you what happens after: the support tickets, the model bills, the store reviews, and an SEO loop that either brings users or does not.

Same stack as client work

Both products run on what we use for client projects: Next.js, Supabase, native mobile and Google Gemini. What we learn there lands in the next engagement.

Numbers from production

Neither product is a demo. My Baby is Hero is a paid consumer app in both stores; ThauRed is a paid SaaS with a free tier. The AI cost, generation speed and human-in-the-loop figures we quote in a sales call come from running these.
